"The process SCIP had in place before 123Signup was web in name only as essentially the system was an email process. This was the root cause of many, many problems. The most obvious issue to me was that the NEW MEMBER did NOT have any "instant satisfaction" from knowing that they just joined. SCIP got the information and RE-KEYED it all in again which resulted in many errors. This problem issue disappeared overnight once the member was responsible for the entries using 123Signup Association Management Service rather than SCIP."
